When you write emails, memos, project descriptions, plans, or presentations, you often wish you could open a list of custom terms for products, services, projects, programs, organizations, personnel, etc.  Sometimes a simple list in alphabetical order is sufficient (names of personnel), sometimes it would be more helpful if the list were arranged in some kind of specialized sequence (company divisions, departments, teams, etc.), sometimes it would be helpful to include cross-references or an indication from terms that are not used to the term that should be used.

vocPuppy offers solutions for the individual.  Use vocPuppy to create the lists you need in the sequences and with the added information that best serve your needs. When in an MS Office application, click the vocPuppy button, find the term or phrase needed, click it and it will be formatted and inserted directly into your document (spreadsheet, presentation, etc.).
