Application for TCS-10 Single User Version Educational License Registration Form

This form is for the exclusive use of either a member of the faculty or a current student in an institution of higher education accredited program for library science or information studies. By submitting this form, the registrant represents and warrants that he/she is currently either a member of the faculty or a registered student in the institution of higher education program listed below.  The registrant further agrees (i) to use the WebChoir TCS-10 single user product downloaded or obtained via CD under this Educational License Agreement only for personal educational purposes, (ii) not to use the product in any other educational, non-profit, or commercial context, (iii) not to sell or otherwise provide the software downloaded or obtained via CD to anyone else and (iv) that he/she has read and will comply with the additional TCS-10 license terms.
