Parallel Hierarchy Report

Parallel Hierarchical Report is Hierarchical Report in different languages listed side by side. To generate a hierarchical report, first choose Parallel Hierarchy Report to be the selected template in the Template dropdown menu of Report Manager. To use all the default setting for the report, you can click Generate button to generate the parallel hierarchy report, or you can click the Option button to update the report setting for Parallel Hierarchy Report.

To change the parallel hierarchy report setting, click Option button to open the Report Option Window for Parallel Hierarchy Report as shown in Figure 1.

Parallel Hierarchy Report Option is further categorized into two section: General Format Options, and Qualification. You can switch between these sections by clicking the corresponding tab located on top of the window. Figure 1 shows the General Format Options section.

General Format Options (Figure 1)

General Format Options section controls some general settings for the report. In Headings and Fonts setting, You can add customized headings for the report and click

button to change the font settings of the element. In Indentation Setting, you can specify the indentation symbol that you like. In Node Label Brackets setting, you can set symbols for Node Label Left Bracket and Right Bracket.

Qualification section controls generation scope settings for the report. As the Figure 2 suggests, you can set various qualification rules to make your report more precise. The above settings would make the report only include concepts are in Process Stage or Approved Stage, are Node Label or Standard Concept.

When you satisfy with your report setting, click the OK button to save the changes and exit the option window. The report preview in Report Manager will also be updated to reflect the changes you have made. Click Cancel button to cancel all pending changes and exit the report option window.
