Log System

ConceptChoir keeps tracks on all operations performed to vocabularies. You can get to Log Manger by using the quick link in ConceptChoir Editor as shown in Figure 1.

ConceptChoir log manager provide 3 log filters: By Date, By Action, and By User. After setting the requisite for logs, click the Filter Log button to filter a list of logs that satisfy your conditions, and to display the list of logs in the right hand side Log View box. Click Reset button to restore the default filter settings. The log list displayed inside the Log View box is the summary of operations taken. To view the detail information about each operation, click the detail button to open the Log Detail viewer as shown in Figure 3. You can export your filtered log list by click on the Export button. Click Close button to exist the Log Manager.

You can select the "Show only change of concept record" checkbox at the lower left corner to hide elements that wasn't been affected by the operation taken, or deselect the checkbox to view the results from the operation taken with other concept element details.

Click Close button to exit the Log Viewer.
