Export System

ConceptChoir Export System provides seven different exports:

ConceptChoir provide a centralized Export Manager for all export operations. You can get to Export Manger by either using the quick link in ConceptChoir Editor, or the Task Manager from the ConceptChoir Administration Panel.

In Export Manager, you can choose which export operation that you would like to perform by using the template dropdown menu. Under the Template setting, you would see a preview of the export data based on your current settings. Export Scope section controls the general scope of the export operations. It will present different settings for different exports. You can select which vocabulary that you would export data from, specify which language the export data is in, etc. In Export Manager, you can also specify the export file scope by selecting from One Vocabulary per File, One Facet per File, or One Hierarchy per File. One Hierarchy per File is the default option. When you finished setting up the export settings, click the Export button to export the data. Click Close button will cancel all the changes you have made and exit the Export Manager.
