Detail Alphabetical Report list concepts with all attributes that fit in your report scope setting. To generate a detail alphabetical report, first choose Detail Alphabetical Report to be the selected template in the Template dropdown menu of Report Manager. To use all the default setting for the report, you can click Generate button to generate the Detail alphabetical report, or you can click the Option button to update the report setting for Detail Alphabetical Report. To change the detail alphabetical report setting, click Option button to open the Report Option Window for Detail Alphabetical Report as shown in Figure 1.
Detail Alphabetical Report Option is further categorized
into three section: General Format Options, Qualification, and
Concept Info Options. You can switch among these sections by
clicking the corresponding tab located on top of the window.
Figure 1 shows the General Format Options section.

Format Options section controls some general settings for the
report. In Headings and Fonts setting, You can add customized headings for the
report and click
Qualification (Figure 2)
Qualification section controls generation scope settings for the
report. As the Figure 2 suggests, you can set various
qualification rules to make your report more precise. The above
settings would make the report only include Terms stated with
letter A and B, created after 01/01/1900, and in Process Stage
or Approved Stage, are Node Label or Standard Concept, with
Preferred Flag or Non-preferred Flag.
Concept Info Options (Figure 3)
Concept Info Options section controls report customization
settings for the report. You can skip a pre-set element by
deselect the include field. When you highlight an element
from Elements to be included box, the element detail
setting will appear in the Element and Attribute Labels
box. You can then change the element label if you
like. If the element has attributes associated with it, they
will also be listed in this box, given you the option to
exclude any attributes, or update the attribute label. You
can also change the element order of your report. After an
element be highlighted, click the
When you satisfy with your report setting, click the OK
button to save the changes and exit the option window. The
report preview in Report Manager will also be updated to
reflect the changes you have made. Click Cancel
button to cancel all pending changes and exit the report
option window.
