To configure Users, you must first select User from ConceptChoir Manager Main Menu (Figure 1) to open the User Manager window as shown in Figure 2.
Add User To add a User click the New button to open the new User Definition window as shown in Figure 3.
In New User Definition window, you would specify the User Name, Password, User Note information. Also, all available User Groups defined will be listed in the Groups box. You can check the checkbox in front of desired User Group to indicate that the new user will belong to the group. Make sure to click the OK button to save the change. Click the Cancel button to cancel any pending changes and close the window. Edit User To edit an existing User, highlight it and click the Edit button to open the edit User Definition window as shown in Figure 4. Make changes to the chosen User and click the OK button to save the change. Click the Cancel button to cancel any pending changes and close the window.
To delete an existing User, highlight it and click the Delete button. The system will prompt for a confirmation. The process may be repeated until no User remains.
