Configure Permission Level

ConceptChoir Permission Level is a customizable user role to access ConceptChoir program. Administrators can grant various access rights to a permission level and then assign the permission level to users so that all users with the same permission level will share the same access abilities.

To configure permissions level you must first select Permission Level from ConceptChoir Manager Main Menu (Figure 1) to open the Permission Level Manager window as shown in Figure 2.

ConceptChoir supports customized access levels. You can create a permission level, and grant various access rights to the created permission level.

Add Permission Level

To add a Permission Level, click the New button to open the new Permission Level Definition window as shown in Figure 3.

Make sure to click the OK button to save the change. Click the Cancel button to cancel any pending changes and close the window.

Edit Permission

To edit an existing permission level, highlight it and click the Edit button to open the edit Permission Level Definition window as shown in Figure 3. Make changes to the chosen Permission Level and click the OK button to save the change. Click the Cancel button to cancel any pending changes and close the window.

Delete Permission Level

To delete an existing Permission Level, highlight it and click the Delete button. The system will prompt for a confirmation. The process may be repeated until no permission remains.
